What's in my fridge?

So a lot of people ask me this so here it is....

Also here is my wine fridge                    This is my ripening fruit

I also have a fruit bowl with organic bananas, kiwis, avocados, dates, jicama and more tomatoes.
So now you know see the wonderful bounty I have to choose from, which keeps me true to my vegan ways!
One day I will show you my cupboards and show you all my nuts, seeds, grains etc....

Grocery haul


Grocery Haul

I finally started ordering produce by the case.  I didn't realize HOW MUCH is actually in a case.  I ordered a case of organic Kale (24 ct) a case of spinach (LARGE bag) a case of Organic Fuji Apples (~40 ct) and the other day I bough a case of Persimmons (30ct).  I love love persimmons, we'll see how I feel after I get through the case.  I don't have enough space in my fridge for all this produce, so I've been using my large wine fridge as well and it's stuffed with kale ;)
 I'm still getting used to how much I actually need to eat to keep my calories UP.  Ironic isn't it?  Usually on a diet, we try to keep our calories down, but fruits and veggie are not calorie dense, and so we need to constantly be eating to make sure we're getting adequate calories and vitamins.

I should mention that the other day I broke my cleanse and ate very  badly, I think the detox got the better of me.  I will have to make another blog about this, but I'm happy to say I'm back on track!
