RECIPE: Open-face tunafish sandwich




I basically made pseudo-mayo for texture to make the tunafish and then topped it on a Dukan pancake and sprinkled some parsley.

Dukan Pancake (~105 cal):


-1 egg


-1 egg white
-2 tbs-rounded plain greek yogurt (~2 oz)
-3 tbs oat bran

*This makes 2 pancakes (~210 cal), but use 1 for your daily oat bran requirement for the attack phase)

Pseudo-mayo (~35 cal)
-2 tbs-rounded plain greek yogurt
-2 tbs green tabasco sauce (~2 oz)
-salt as needed (I didn't use)

*Mix the pseudo-mayon into a package of tuna and then place on top of the pancake and sprinkle with parsley or cilantro.

Ta da!!! A sandwich for the attack phase of the Dukan diet !
